Job Role: Marketing Co-ordinator – up to £18k p a

The Marketing Co-ordinator will work within our busy email marketing company, working closely with an Account Manager and Campaign Co-ordinator to ensure the smooth running of the operations department. The role involves handling the internal sales administration within the office, ensuring all clients receive excellent service at all times. Regular client liaison and contact with suppliers will be needed to ensure each campaign comes together in a timely fashion.
We specialise in the creation, management and delivery of highly successful email marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. The growth and success of the business is creating further demand within the sales, marketing and order administration side of the business.
The Marketing Co-ordinator will have excellent communication skills and telephone manner, be computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). The role demands strong customer facing skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and deliver tasks to schedule and deadline. The successful Marketing Co-ordinator will be able to ensure customer expectations are not only satisfied, but exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have an awareness of the customer sales and order cycle and the flexibility to multi-task where appropriate. You will be as comfortable on the phone to clients sorting out problems as you will in the order administration team ensuring all customer demands are verified and actioned.
